Goldilocks Card General Terms and Conditions
Goldilocks card is issued in the Philippines by Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. It allows you to earn points for future purchases at any Goldilocks store nationwide. Goldilocks Card is valid for use in participating Goldilocks stores in the Philippines only.
Goldilocks reserves the right to not accept any Goldilocks Card or limit use of a Goldilocks Card if we reasonably believe that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
Earning and Expiration of Points
Present card upon payment. No card, no point credit.
- Points earned within the day will be credit and can be used after 24 to 48hrs.
P50 purchase = 1 point
- Any amount below the P50 increment will not earn any point (e.g. Purchase of P68 will only earn 1 point: P50=1 and P18=0).
- Wholesale purchases with wholesale discount (Retailers) will not be valid for any points.
- Transaction with redemption shall not earn points.
- Payment using Gift Certificate (GC) is ineligible to earn points.
- The Goldilocks card can also be used in all promos.
- Purchases using GOLDILOCKS POINTS are not not eligible to points earning.
- For Senior Citizens, PWD, Employee, etc.---points apply after the discount
- For baking order or motif cake products, points will be credited upon item release.
- Card has no expiration but point expire after 1-year of inactivity.
- The Goldilocks Card can only be used exclusively at Goldilocks stores in the Philippines. Purchase from Goldilocks stores abroad are not subject to earn points.
- No points can be earned in events where the store is unable to connect to the database by force majure (e.g. power shortage)
How to Register my Card
- Register to activate your card by texting this:

- Instant 20 points will be credited to your card once you activate your goldilocks Card.

How to Redeem Points?
There are two ways to redeem your earned Goldilocks points:
- Via Text Message
- Just text this format using the registered mobile number: GOLDILOCKSCARD<space>REDEEM<space>(amount to be redeemed) send to 0918-888-3883 or 0917-887-2253
- Wait for reply. An approval code will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Amount of point/s redeemed will be automatically deducted to your point/s balance. This will be shown as floating points. You only have Thirty (30) days to use the approval code or floating points. Should you fail to use the approval code after thirty (30) days, points will be forfeited.
- Go to any Goldilocks participating store and advise the cashier that you will be utilizing your Goldilocks Card points for payment of your order.

- Advise the casher that for the payment of your order, you will redeem your Goldilocks points. (Please advise them the number of points to be redeemed)

Notes:
- Once redeemed, points may not be returned.
- Points are not convertible to cash.
- In case the store is offline or unable to connect to the internet, redemption transaction is also unavailable
In Case of Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Defective Card
- If registered Goldilocks Card is lost, stolen, defective, or damaged, customer should contact the Goldilocks Card hotline immediately at (02) 989-BAKE or 989-2253 and 0917-117-BAKE or 0917-117-2253.
- Upon notification, we will deactivate the Goldilocks Card.
- Points balance is only protected from the time that the customer notified us that the card is lost, stolen, defective, or damaged.
- For replacement of defective card resulting to system error (bar code not readable), surrender the card to the cashier counter of any participating Goldilocks store. Card will be replaced for FREE if the card is within the 3-month period covered after activation and has still not been used.
- A lost, stolen, or damaged card caused by cardholder's mishandling may be replaced with a fee of P50.
- For card with existing points, customer must call the hotline for transferring of points to the new card. (Subject for validation)
- The card has no expiration.
- Point expires after 1 year of inactivity.
Other Conditions
- Account may be suspended at any time should abuse, fraud, failure to follow the terms and conditions, or any misinterpretation prejudicial to the program takes place. Those whose account has been suspended are ineligible to the rights and benefits of the program.
- Cardholders are subject to the Goldilocks Card terms and conditions and are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions upon registering the card.
- Should the Goldilocks card program be cancelled, the remaining earned points may be used within 180 days from date of cancellation. Any unredeemed points shall be forfeited after 180 days.
