HR Benefits Officer (Reliever)
Responsible for managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Job Duties
- Processing Requests for Payment (all benefits)
- Service Award Processing (crediting, printing & distribution of certificates, etc)
- Government reports, remittances and loan payments (PHIC, SSS & PAGIBIG)
- Filing of R1A report to SSS portal.
- EE claims SSS: maternity, sickness, EC claims
- Reporting to Accounting: cash rewards, MI charges, GC liquidation
- HMO enrollment / termination from HMI
- Submit summary of charges to Accounts Payable for the charging of HMI
- Payroll reports
- Clinic Management (doctor & nurse schedule, supplies & medicines, etc)
Requirements
- Bachelor's / University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR Benefits Administration
- SAP experience and familiarity in benefits processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities
- Knowledgeable of statutory reports and remittance processing (SSS, PHIC, PAGIBIG)
- Loan Administration (statutory loan, company loan, bank loan, etc) is preferred Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work at 16th Floor, Greenfield Tower Mayflower St., corner Wiliams St., Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
